Leg Warmer

When the cold sets in, it’s often your feet that feel it first. This heated accessory slides under a desk, in front of a sofa, or at the foot of an armchair and warms only your feet and lower legs. Rather than heating the entire room, you keep the warmth right where you need it, which helps reduce energy consumption. It’s ideal for working from home, a poorly heated open-plan office, a bedroom or a small, poorly insulated apartment, or a cozy evening reading in front of the TV.

Five heat settings let you adjust the comfort level, and the timer (2, 4, 6, or 8 hours) means you don’t have to remember to turn it off: the heater shuts off automatically at the end of the selected time or as soon as it tilts to 45°. Its very quiet operation doesn’t interfere with your concentration or your evening movie, unlike many noisy space heaters. The small round digital display shows the setting at a glance. The soft felt interior wraps around your feet, the textured fabric exterior with a gray border closes with a strap, and the entire unit folds up for easy storage or transport. A great gift idea for someone who feels the cold, available in three colors.
